How quickly can I get approved and funded?
Most applications get a decision the same day they come in. From approval to wired funds usually runs about a week, depending on how fast the lender processes documents and, for older vessels, whether a survey is needed.
My credit history is rough. Any options?
Yes. We work with sub-prime partner lenders who handle a wide range of credit profiles. One quick conversation about your situation and we can tell you whether a loan is realistic and roughly what terms to expect.
What’s the minimum down payment?
Most lenders work from a 10% minimum, though the exact number depends on the program, your credit, the vessel’s age, and the loan size. We’ll tell you straight where each lender is likely to land before you commit to anything.
Are older boats and used RVs still eligible?
We finance used vessels up to 25 years old. Anything older or particularly specialized gets reviewed case by case, and we’ll give you a straight answer fast rather than leaving you guessing.
Can I finance through an LLC or trust?
Absolutely. Several of our lender partners specialize in special-purpose-entity ownership — whether that’s an LLC, a family trust, or another structured entity. Send over the ownership setup and we’ll tell you which programs fit.
I don’t have traditional W-2 income. Can I still qualify?
Stated-income programs are available for qualified buyers up to $250,000. Self-employed borrowers, investors, and business owners are welcome to apply. Terms and eligibility depend on the lender.
Can I roll taxes, title, and registration into the loan?
In most cases, yes. Taxes, title, and registration fees can be financed as part of the loan as long as the total stays within the lender’s loan-to-value guidelines. You can also pay those out of pocket before closing if you’d rather keep the loan amount down.
Do you broker RV loans as well as marine?
Yes. Class A, Class B, Class C, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and truck campers. The full RV spectrum, handled the same way as marine loans.
